How do DueFollow’s automated reminders work?

Once an invoice is ready, DueFollow can follow a simple Day 1, Day 5, Day 10, and Day 20 cadence using built-in reminder templates. You choose and edit the message, then approve each reminder individually when review is enabled or let the selected schedule send it automatically. You can also pause an invoice whenever you need to. The controls are there so the system can carry the persistence without taking away your judgment.

Will the reminders sound professional and like me?

DueFollow uses built-in, plain-English reminder templates designed to stay clear and professional without becoming cold or confrontational. You choose the template and can edit the message before it sends. If review is enabled, you approve each individual reminder; otherwise, the selected schedule sends it automatically. The reminder stays focused on the invoice rather than turning payment into a personal confrontation.

When do reminders stop?

Marking an invoice paid cancels any queued reminders for it. You can also pause an invoice whenever you need to, and deactivating your account stops sending. DueFollow is meant to give you control over the follow-up, not create another obligation to manage.

How do the trial and billing work?

Every paid plan starts with a seven-day free trial. We collect a card when you start, but billing begins after the trial; cancel before day 7 and you will not be charged. What if I have not connected an email sender yet?

Accepted Answer

A connected sender email is required before DueFollow can deliver reminders. Until that connection is ready, messages will not be sent. A schedule by itself is not proof of delivery, so make sure the sender is connected and ready before relying on an automated follow-up.
